PhanPay is a software platform offering off-ramp, price alerts, bulk burn and whale tracker services for Solana blockchain and Phantom wallet users. PhanPay is not an official product or affiliate of Phantom.

2. Terms of Use

By using the service, you agree that:

• You are over 18 years of age or have legal guardian consent
• The service is legal in your country
• You are acting on your own behalf
• The information you provide is accurate

3. Account Security

PhanPay is non-custodial. The security of your private keys and seed phrase is entirely your responsibility. Never share this information with us or anyone else.

4. Prohibited Uses

• Money laundering or illegal activities
• Unauthorized access attempts to the system
• Abuse or overloading of the service
• Actions that harm other users

5. Subscription & Payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Billing begins after the free first month trial ends. Cancellation requests are effective until the next billing period.

6. Limitation of Liability

7. No Financial Advice

PhanPay cannot be held liable for losses arising from blockchain network outages, wallet errors, or user mistakes. Cryptocurrency transfers are irreversible.

PhanPay reserves the right to add, modify, or remove features. Users will be notified in advance of significant changes.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts.
