PhanPay collects only the minimum data needed to provide the service:

• Wallet address: Public address (public key) obtained from Phantom connection. We never access your private key.
• Transaction preferences: Alert thresholds, notification settings.
• Telegram ID: Only if you activate the bot, to send notifications.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type (for security and debugging).

2. Data We Do NOT Collect

• Private key or seed phrase
• Any data requiring signature authorization
• Any information that provides access to your funds

3. How We Use Data

The data we collect is used only for:

• Providing and personalizing the service
• Timely delivery of price alerts
• Detection of security threats
• Anonymous statistics for product development

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for advertising. We share minimal data only with infrastructure providers (hosting, payment processors) essential to operating the service.
