Can I use it without a Phantom wallet?

No. PhanPay only works with Phantom wallet. You can download Phantom for free at phantom.app.
Is it safe? Do you have access to my funds?

How long does setup take?

Are there extra fees?

PhanPay charges no extra transfer fees. Only Solana network fees apply (usually below $0.001).
